A bit easier for now is to use the attached hack. All these shell32-patches are
needed for is to create a desktop.ini file, which is not needed for the working
of the program anyway.

So with the attached hack, the winmm hack and the catroot patch that error
about folder icon not found should be gone and the app should install and
start. Preferably in a clean WINEPREFIX
