The both suggestions don't work.

- I launch the game, once i'm in the main menu, i launch htop in on other
console. So i select wineserver + all FC3 threads and i set for them cpu 3&5.
Result : 5-10 FPS instead 10-14FPS

- - I launch the game, once i'm in the main menu, i launch htop in on other
console. So i select wineserver + all .exe threads (winedevice, fc3 etc...) and
i set for them cpu 1 to 6 (htop show cpu to 1 -> 12).
Result : 10-14FPS
