Now that I look at my again, seems like my gstreamer install is broken. I fixed
it (but not in a pretty way) and it complains about err:msvideo:ICLocate
Required media codec 'vidc I420' not found! (which is something about Indeo).

I'll try to fix my gstreamer in a decent way and post a decent log.
