[Bug 39390] Backgrounds are black in 99 Spirits

I got it to work, but noticed some very odd behaviors:

1. In a fresh wine prefix, the bug persists.
2. When installing quartz using winetricks in a fresh prefix, the bug persists.
3. When changing the wine version OR force-reinstalling quartz, without
changing the prefix, the bug goes away.
4. Once the bug is gone for a prefix, changing the wine version (I've tested
staging 3.6, devel 3.7 and stable 3.0) does not bring it back.

When I realized I can get it to work by installing it on devel 3.7 and then
switching to stable 3.0 I thought something "under the hood" must be wrong.

Oh well. There's a way to make it work, now.
