Hello folks,

still present (revisiting from bug 44627).

Wine 3.7 with staging patchset
https://github.com/wine-staging/wine-staging/tree/master/patches/crypt32-ECDSA_Cert_Chains
applied makes the login UI in Battle.net Desktop app appear properly.

$ sha1sum Battle.net-Setup.exe 
c85eefa0fdf5e7a68e5aa177c8267bc6d2ba08e8  Battle.net-Setup.exe

$ du -sh Battle.net-Setup.exe 
3.8M    Battle.net-Setup.exe

$ wine --version
wine-3.7
