If you don't mind, what in my backtraces led you to this suggestion? (Simply
out of curiosity, so I can maybe debug stuff like this better in the future)

Also, a note for people who will find this bug report:

If you find that the BIAS FX window becomes black when it loses focus, make
sure you have "Allow the window manager to decorate the windows" checked in
winecfg (I might edit the bias fx page on appdb with the info contained in this
bug report, it will be useful to many I think)
