Extensive discussion of workarounds is best avoided in bugzilla, but that's not
really what I was referring to. I mean something more along the lines of using
subjects like "mfplat is unimplemented". mfplat is a very broad component, and
there are many parts that need implementation. Such a bug would not be able
really to be marked fixed until all of mfplat is implemented, i.e. probably
never.

We prefer to track one issue per bug, even if a program has multiple related
issues.
