I wasn't able to get the patches from 
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45327 working on my version of wine, so
I am unable to replicate said bug. But anyone else that has this bug hopefully
easily can. I saw this bug posted on
https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflinux/comments/93pgo2/lol_815_no_longer_works_with_winestaging_patches/
, so i just moved it here as it would be more seen by wine higher ups and
actually worked on here.
