But I can still run 32-bit programs e.g. with:
env WINEPREFIX="/home/ich/.wine32" wine C:\\windows\\command\\start.exe /Unix
/home/ich/.wine32/dosdevices/c:/users/Public/Start\ Menu/Programs/tax\ 2018\
Professional/tax\ 2018\ Professional.lnk
