Hi godevilove,

The `WIC Factory` error is related to a problem with the DirectX 11
implementation, there is multiple ways to escape this:

 - Check out this bug: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42695#c15
   The patch fixes the problem
 - Install using Lutris and wine-ge 3.6, this contains the previous patch and
more patches
 - Stay with DirectX 9, but this isn't a very good solution
