[Bug 43464] Elite Dangerous Horizons fails to connect to server with CRC error

This bug is still present in wine 3.13 and latest game client. It is possible
to enable some network debug options in the game by following this guide:
https://support.frontier.co.uk/kb/faq.php?id=343

By doing so, I've managed to get a detailed networking log:
Webserver request: https://api.orerve.net:443/2.0/elite/user/login?B9cWZt...
Plaintext error response: {"errorCode":272,"status":400,"message":"CRC Failed"}

Looks like this CRC Error is the one that appears in game ui. The game tries to
access some kind of web-service and gets code 400. I'm not sure but I think 400
stands for malformed request. Maybe the game sends some malformed data to the
server?

I've made a detailed debug trace of this issue, but it is too big to attach
here. I've cut a part of the trace where api.orerve.net was mentioned. Ignore
vulkan calls (i've used DXVK).
