Hi, sorry to butt in. I don't know how much help I'll be...
Haven't been a Linux user for long. I'm running Ubuntu Mate 18.04 on an old PC
(it's a gateway, I've lost the exact model, but I'll attach my hardware specs
according to lpsci).

I used to be able to run the game through Winetricks, got thoroughly lost this
time around, followed this thread and installed Wine according to the
instructions from the link all the way at the bottom.

Managed to install battle.net, and only changed the msvcp100 dll to native
through Winecfg. Hearthstone takes forever to boot (but I'm used to that), and
actually successfully launches on the Americas and Asia server. There are a ton
of graphic bugs, but it does launch. Unfortunately, I play on the Europe
server...

Hope this is useful somehow.
