Using the latest faudio implementation and latest wine-staging with faudio
patch from https://github.com/Tk-Glitch/PKGBUILDS/tree/master/wine-tkg-git
solved any sound dropping, there is still the occational sound buzzing and
stuttering but its completely playable now, no crashes or anything. In case
anyone can use this info now
