Did you already try "winetricks -q dotnet40"?
That solves that crash for me, but it still doesn't open up - Assembly bind
error.

That's a known .NET error though.
Fix that error by installing KB2468871
(https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=3556).
Workaround needed, see: https://github.com/mohamedemam223/winetricks/issues/274
