Hi, i tried in fresh WINEPREFIX, ``winetricks dotnet45 mdac28``

Then after installing the app throws a (nonfatal) messagebox about access
violation, and then a login-window (i think) comes up. Maybe you could play a
bit with dotnet versions to test?
