I still see this in wine-4.0-rc1-30-gf760079a71

At least these tests are affected:

though I often see a new one when running again. Reverting the patch fixes all
of these hangs.

I'm not sure what would be helpful here, if anyone has any ideas, I'm happy to
oblige.
