I have recently found that "Treasure Planet: Battle at Procyon" is another app
which is affected by this bug. Tested in 4.0-RC1. Attempting to create a LAN
lobby causes the game to say that there is "No LAN connection" and the terminal
output reads: 

0009:fixme:dpnet:IDirectPlay8PeerImpl_Host
(0x38dfb50)->(0x33e0d4,0x33e098,1,(nil),(nil),(nil),0): stub
0009:fixme:dpnet:IDirectPlay8PeerImpl_Close (0x38dfb50)->(0): stub

These are the only two lines produced by the game, except for DX9 fixme's that
affect other areas of the game.

I'm guessing that these are marked as "stub"'s because they are empty
functions?
