This is the same behavior I am seeing as well: System Survey crashes on client
launch, Diablo 3 tab crashes BNet Helper.exe, and additionally the Overwatch
League tab crashes BNet Helper.exe. Otherwise the client works perfectly.

In my previous comment, I mentioned that it was crashing when clicking the SCII
tab, but this has resolved on its own and has now resulted in the above
described behavior, which leads me to believe that there is some dynamic web
content that the BNet Helper.exe is having trouble loading. Are there Flash
elements on these pages or something?
