The solution for this problem (on XFCE)

Wine programs where only refreshed inside an area of the laptop screen inside
the big screen. Outside this area there was no window refresh, not even in the
laptop screen. 

The problem disappear when I set the large screen as a primary in the XFCE
display control panel.
