I have run into this same issue on macOS (10.13 High Sierra) using CrossOver
17.1. It seems to occur for me if I switch to the 3D View tab and then back to
the 2D View tab, after which the 2D View will no longer refresh when the view
is scrolled or zoomed. If I resize the window larger, I can get the 2D View to
partially refresh, but correct view behavior is broken from here on. It appears
related to clipping region(s) because if I make the window larger, the area
that represents the old/previous view area will remain unrefreshed (and even
flicker black during the resize) but I can see part of the view contents within
the "L" shaped region around the unrefreshed region, being displayed at the
correct zoom and position. I'm running the VCarve Pro 9 installation in an XP
bottle that was set up automatically using the "Install a Windows Application"
feature in CrossOver.
