Hello folks,

revisiting, still present.

While retesting a fix for bug 44475 I came across this one again.

Although proposed changes to 'wine.inf' are a workaround for missing PDH
functionality I don't see a big problem of putting them in to get rid of
bugs/blockers that stand out for many years.
