Confirming this is still an issue on Wine 3.1. Applying only
bcrypt-Improvements and crypt32-ECDSA_Cert_Chains patch sets to Wine 3.1 gets
the latest Origin working quite well.

Note these patch sets no longer apply cleanly, however it wasn't too difficult
to manually take care of the .rej failures.
