please provide window manager information. Can you try to extract the event
from cli output when moving over or pressing the button? - There are usually a
lot of events. If you can not find it, we can search the log together.

I can not confirm the bug with wine-2.0.x., wine-2.1.x. and wine-3.0.x on
ubuntu/debian with gnome3. I have not tried wine-2.2.x itself. Can you confirm
this bug with versions > wine-3.2? Maybe it is a DirectX related issue? If it
is only present in wine-2.2.x then the bug must have been introduced there.
