Adding blocker link as the change is mimicking other video card presence via
windows registry. Since this also means that the game, if running under Steam,
is suffering same chain-reaction and therefore is wrong video card detection is
blocker here. Feel free to link also Steam-related bugzilla ticket to reflect
this relationship.
