I sent a patch https://source.winehq.org/patches/data/142241 that fixes this
bug and duplicate 29864. After reading comments in 38298, I tried calling
TTN_SHOW between SetWindowPos() and InvalidateRect() and that also fixes the
problem. Maybe that would be a better fix?
