I'm sorry, you're right. For some reason I had the windows version set to XP
while I thought it was Win7. With Win7 it works.

I can confirm that after starting a quest the console logs
> [0101/191115.758:ERROR:gpu_child_thread.cc(174)] Exiting GPU process due to errors during initialization

And the video doesn't play, it shows only a single image.
