            Bug ID: 44301
Summary: Stack overflow in Windows Media Player 7.1 when CD
                    inserted
           Product: Wine
           Version: 3.0-rc4
          Hardware: x86
               URL: http://download.microsoft.com/download/winmediaplayer/
                    wmp71/7.1/W982KMe/EN-US/mp71.exe
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: -unknown
          Assignee: wine-bugs at winehq.org
          Reporter: jhansonxi at gmail.com
      Distribution: Ubuntu

A stack overflow occurs in Windows Media Player 7.1 if an audio CD is inserted
while it is running or is present when executed:

wine: Unhandled stack overflow at address 0x7bc553a2 (thread 002f), starting
debugger...
002f:err:seh:setup_exception_record stack overflow 1328 bytes in thread 002f
eip 7bc6416d esp 00240e00 stack 0x240000-0x241000-0x340000

The debug window never appears. The overflow doesn't occur with wine-staging
but it still hangs with nothing of note in the log.

Using native wmplayer.exe (bug #44299) and wmvcore.dll (bug #44300).

Xubuntu 17.04 x86, Intel Pentium D 3.46GHz, GeForce 8600 GT with Nvidia
340.102 driver.
