It is difficult remove Debian nvidia packages, there are many. But it is
possible to remove them and boot with the nouveau or vesa driver. You need to
install nvidia drivers withou X running, so download the .run file and boot to
the linux kernel rescue mode with grub. You must have make, C compiler and
kernel headers installed but maybe you have them because you can compile dkms
driver.
