Workarounds

1. You have to use wine-staging to install spotify (wine doesn`t work). Cd into
the directory where the installer resides and do:

/opt/wine-staging/bin/wine runas /trustlevel:0x20000 spotify-1-0-62-508.exe

2. I tested version 1.0.62508. You have to run this version with

/opt/wine-staging/bin/wine Spotify.exe --no-sandbox

Otherwise you`ll get a black screen.

3. winetricks nocrashdialog   

There`s an initial (non-fatal) crash

4. winetricks corefonts
