Only an older version of Traktor is available in 32-bit version. So I installed
it. In that case I had to add DLL override for msvcr120.dll and the application
crashed with it. After that I installed the MS VC++ redistributable package
like 
WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine winetricks vcrun2013
and it worked well after this.

So I can confirm that it's actually the bug 30713 and it happens with both 32
and 64-bit versions of Wine.
