Still present in wine-3.0-rc5-52-g5dbf2726fe.

However it's worth  noting that it doesn't crash with Chinese locale.
#LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8 wine ./gamehallsetup1110600.exe
and clicking the big rightmost button works.
