The issue appears to be that Starcraft (which is a 32-bit process) expects
there to be a 64-bit TEB right before (@ -0x2000) the 32-bit TEB. While this
will always be true of a 32-bit process on 64-bit Windows, it crashes on Wine
and 32-bit Windows.
