The line

002e:err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object
{ef985e71-d5c7-42d4-ba4d-2d073e2e96f4} could be created for context 0x3

followed by a null dereference often suggests that the program tries to use an
object which couldn't be created. In this case the object belongs to dsdmo.

I think you were mistaking the loaded DLL list for a backtrace. The actual
backtrace only has one frame.
