[Bug 45398] mpc-hc crash on startup.

I still can`t reproduce this. Tested 32-bit an 64-bit , installed from
https://filehippo.com/download_klite_codec_pack/

wine --version
wine-3.11-15-g6d80137705

sha1sum ~/Downloads/K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1425_Full.exe 
9724712f5156d9500f6ea9238273b820a32b3ee3 
/home/louis/Downloads/K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1425_Full.exe


Could you fill out the rest of the fields in this report, like what distro
you`re using (fedora, archlinux or ??) 
As you also have a problem with another program it might be a problem with the
wine package installed by your  distro (a guess)

Also don`t forget to attach crash log
