Here you go, I made a video including all version I've tried on the same
machine. 

I understand it is a bit hard watching a video, but I can ensure that I'm 
really experiencing that issue, it is accelerating/decelerating only in wine
games.

That is a particular example, half life 2, but I've seen it in other wine games
as well.

Anyway, trying the Tk kernel, which uses a PBS scheduler, the cpu usage is
greatly improved but the issue still remains.
