Please put the following override in place (xaudio2_7, builtin (wine)) and try
again. I'm almost certain that this is a duplicate of bug #44049.

The game should launch with this override in place, but it presents other
issues, particularly with respect to distance attenuation of sound. The route
cause/fix of this issue is being tracked in bug #39402.

If your game launches with this xaudio2_7 override in place, please mark this
ticket as a duplicate.
