Absolutely, I had the same issue in stormheim as shown in your screen shot.
Logged to windows 10 and it was there also.  Came back to wine, changed card
setting, it went away.  I am running DX11, since I do not as yet want to mess
with implementing DXVK.  Nividia cards have to be run in immediate mode for the
vulkan driver to work properly, the default mailbox mode is not supported on
Nvidia, and on my system in particular test vulkan with vkmark and score about
1200 points lower than glmark2.
