error installing iE8

as built in iE in Wine (Wine Internet Explorer 3.0.2) is limited, no Settings,
start page not settable, Preferred not working, and so on, I tried the
original.

After setting wincfg to Windows version as WinXP,
trying to install iE8 for WinXP I got the error attached,
that say a more recent of iE is present.

I downloaded iE8 from the link at page:

that is:
