I can confirm that installing dotnet20, replacing sxs.dll and adding the
missing functions to NTDLL does result in EAC plugins working properly. I was
able to obtain metadata from Discogs and I got a log with CUETools information
- both functionalities are available only via using plugins, and using them
isn't possible in the current version of Wine.

Tested with the patch applied on top of the current git master, sxs.dll version
is 6.1.7601.17514.
