Wine Staging 2.21 (which works) 

Waves Central calls WlanEnumInterfaces and continues with no tasklist.exe
calls.


Wine Staging 3.13 (which gets stuck in a tasklist loop)

Waves Central calls WlanEnumInterfaces and then enters a tasklist loop with
occasional WlanEnumInterfaces calls interspersed between multiple tasklist.exe
calls.
