Dragon Age Inquisition no longer crashes, but still does not run without
creating/modifying the config file in advance to avoid fullscreen. I've
mentioned in Bug 39229 how to get the game running.

Unfortunately attempting to switch to fullscreen or borderless windowed mode
causes the game to hang.

Not sure which logs might be helpful. Hopefully a dev can drop in and offer
some suggestions.
