League Of Legends İnstaller With LANG=tr_TR.UTF-8

There is a big problem with "tr_TR.UTF-8 " 
Its broken in Wine. Look at this post

This is my post and if you read you can understand the problem.

I attached League Of Legends installer with LANG=tr_TR.UTF-8 option.
