I was looking for documentation of minor upgrades, and according to this stack
overflow question the install will fail if any component is removed:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/543505/msiexec-reinstall-all-reinstallmode-vamus-not-reinstalling-anything

I don't think I can promise that components won't be removed, so major upgrades
may be better.
