I lately tried Wine Staging with Witcher 3 and it was performing really bad
with Witcher 3. Are there chances that people seeing really bad Witcher 3
performance using Staging? Especially the D3D11 deferred context patch series
is problematic. Using vanilla or not using D3D11 deferred context patches makes
the game run much better (almost smooth).

I also tried DXVK (which compiles as a separate set of DLLs, no patching
needed, uses Vulkan) and besides lots of ugly graphical glitches, the game runs
perfectly smooth (60+ FPS with some rare stutters what is probably caused by
shader compilation). With DXVK, also Skyrim SE runs without problems and
perfectly smooth.
