[Bug 45354] BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle shows only a blackscreen

I'm not really sure how to log this, because the terminal window only spams
"0038:err:d3d:wined3d_debug_callback 0x1a4980: "GL_INVALID_OPERATION in
glBlitFramebuffer(bad src/dst multisample region sizes)"." multiple times per
second, so that's all I can catch. Staging doesn't have this error, but still
gives me just a black screen. I can confirm the game is running, I can hear the
soundtrack and the sounds of input when I press keys.
