The problem seems to be CEF3 off-screen rendering with hardware acceleration
using OpenGLES 2.0 (Angle).

* OpenGL ES 2.0 (ANGLE 1.2.0.2451)
* OpenGL ES GLSL ES 1.00 (ANGLE 1.2.0.2451)

There are a few messages in console hinting at this:
