It sounded too good to be true, but now I can confirm that it does indeed stop
the crashes. Does anyone have any idea why this could be? According to an
official response, we should be using Launcher.exe:

Yes, but this is a separate crash -- it gives a different backtrace (attached),
and it only happens (right now) in Starcraft II. If you use Launcher.exe, the
crash occurs in almost every game page.
