Transform feedback hack

Draw calls with no attachments are implemented in Wine 3.3. The invisible
monsters bug should be fixed for Mesa drivers. If you experience GPU hangs,
please use MESA_EXTENSION_OVERRIDE=-GL_ARB_framebuffer_no_attachments as a
workaround, and please report back with details of your system configuration.

The bug may still be present for Nvidia users (Wine doesn't correctly end
transform feedback in certain cases). The attached hack should fix the issue.
