World of Warcraft does not work with "release" or "dev" version of wine - eg.
3.1+

You need to use wine-staging-2.21 (2.16-2.21 should work), or you can have a go
at compiling your own staging version with the non-official staging from:
https://github.com/wine-staging/wine-staging
