Hello folks,

the problem was likely caused by:

("Added patch with various improvements for fake dlls.")

>From a quick glance I don't see the game client actually requiring this
trickery with fake dlls.

Tickets which were reported against 'Wine-Staging' product shouldn't stay
open/staged when a fix was merged and included in a release (2.4).

Tidbit: The launcher and game client start fine here with vanilla Wine 3.3
